Regarding the charging information, when the hand control is charging, the charger's light turns red and then green when fully charged. However, the hand controller's light itself remains off during or after charging. To check the battery level, simply press "UP" or "DOWN" on the controller, and the light will indicate the battery status.
If you plan to use the chair lift mainly for emergencies and not frequently, we recommend charging the hand controller fully at least once a month to prevent deep discharge. Even if you don't use the chair lift for extended periods, this will help maintain the battery's health.
The chair lift is designed to be waterproof, allowing for safe usage in water, including the bathtub. You can safely submerge the chair, but make sure not to leave it submerged for too long after you're done using it.
